In the Vyper workshop — a Pythonic Smart contract language. Uses LLL to compile to EVM bytecode. Standing room only! I think I’ll skip learning Solidity & just go straight to Vyper! #DevCon4

Great to spend time at #ethmagicians & here at #DevCon4 with James @madeof_tin. He’s working on the Signaling Ring #ethsignals. We talked about working more on EIPs & ERCs feedback / signals, which might also be a way to keep up with new & updated standards.

In @dannyryan’s talk on Ethereum and open source. Here’s a call to companies in the space - that they should commit 20% time to “public infrastructure and resources”. I think this is the question of how this industry will evolve (part of evolving licenses too) #DevCon4

Final stretch of #DevCon4. @stewartbrand says “My specialization is hacking civilization”. This picture, “Earthrise”, replaced the image of the mushroom cloud as an image that represented the whole earth & the future.
